Why we started
Enchant was built out of frustration.
We’d seen too many brands doing the right things - investing in ads, building teams, working with agencies but still struggling to grow. Not because they lacked effort, but because everything was disconnected.
No clear priorities. No real ownership of performance.
After catapulting brands like Medik8, and War Paint for Men to infinity we knew we'd bottled something powerful. So we built Enchant differently.
A model where strategy and execution sit together. Where CRO leads the way. Where we work as part of the team, not outside of it.
Because growth shouldn’t feel chaotic. It should feel clear, focused, and built to scale.
